A transparent six-step trading sequence.

ICPO & KYC

Buyer issues ICPO with full corporate KYC; seller responds with FCO and procedure.

SCO & Contract

Soft Corporate Offer reviewed; SPA executed and lodged with both parties' banks.

POP & Verification

Seller issues partial Proof of Product. Buyer verifies via banking and refinery channels.

Vessel Nomination

Buyer nominates vessel; seller provides ATB, Q&Q and laycan confirmation.

Loading & Inspection

SGS / SAYBOLT inspection at load port; BL and full shipping documents issued.

Payment & Settlement

MT103 / MT760 settlement against discharge documents per the SPA.
